Call For Paper

The International Conference on Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Applications (ICDSAIA 2026) is the second edition jointly organized by the University of Salford and East Asia University of Technology, taking place on 09–10 December 2026 in Hanoi, Vietnam. The conference provides a premier forum for researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders to exchange ideas, address challenges, and share advances in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Following the success of ICDSAIA 2025 - with over 500 international participants and nearly 200 submissions - ICDSAIA 2026 continues to invite high-quality paper submissions on cutting-edge research and applications.

Authors Guidelines

The ICDSAIA 2026 follows a double-blind review process, which means the papers must be submitted without the authors’ names and affiliations. The authors should use the Springer format with a single column and a maximum of 15 pages (including references) during the paper submission.

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official Springer template. Detailed formatting guidelines and templates are available at:

Please ensure that the submitted paper strictly follows the formatting requirements.

Publication

The proceedings of ICDSAIA 2026 will be published by Springer. Springer proceedings series are indexed in major international databases such as Scopus, EI Compendex, DBLP, Google Scholar, Mathematical Reviews, and SCImago.

Outstanding papers selected from the conference will be invited to submit extended versions for potential publication in Special Issues of prestigious, Scopus-indexed journals: SN Computer Science (SNCS), Springer and AIA Journal.

Extended manuscripts will undergo the journals’ standard rigorous peer-review process. Final acceptance will be determined based on review results and compliance with each journal’s editorial policies and publication regulations.

How to Submit

Follow the authors’ guidelines and prepare your paper in the Springer format using LaTeX or Microsoft Word, and produce a single PDF file. You need to log in to the CMT website to upload the paper for submission to ICDSAIA 2026.
