Registration Information
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full conference registration before the camera-ready paper is submitted. One full registration covers one accepted paper. Registration is mandatory for the inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings.

One-Day Registration
Participants who wish to attend the conference for one day only may register for USD 30 per day. One-day registration must be completed through the conference registration portal by 15 October 2026. Please register and complete the payment via: https://icdsaia2026.org/registration/payment
Important Notes

- At least one author of each accepted paper must present the paper at the conference. Papers that are not presented will not be included in the official proceedings.
- Student participants must provide a valid Student ID or proof of student status.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- For bank transfers, all applicable bank charges shall be borne by the participant.
- Participants are required to retain their proof of payment for the registration process and camera-ready submission.

Post-Payment Submission
After completing the registration payment, authors of accepted papers should prepare the following documents for the camera-ready submission:
- Proof of registration/payment
- Final camera-ready manuscript in PDF format
- Source file (Microsoft Word or complete LaTeX source package)
- Springer License-to-Publish form
- Response to Reviewers document, if the paper was accepted after revision
