Paper Submission

Papers must follow the Springer format with a maximum length of 15 pages (including references) during the paper submission stage. One additional page is allowed without extra charge for the revised camera-ready version to accommodate reviewer comments. Submissions must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. ICDSAIA 2026 follows a double-blind review process. Therefore, authors must not include their names and affiliations in the submitted manuscript. All submissions will be evaluated based on originality, contribution to the field, technical quality, presentation quality, and relevance to the conference topics. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three experts in the field.

The review committee may recommend rejection of final papers that do not adequately address the reviewers’ comments and requirements. The conference chairs reserve the right to remove papers from the conference proceedings if the submission does not meet the required standards. Detailed instructions will be provided to the authors of accepted papers. For further questions regarding paper submissions, please contact the Publications Chair.

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full registration for the conference before uploading the final camera-ready version of the paper. Registration fees are non-refundable. Failure to complete the registration before the deadline will result in the removal of the paper from the conference program and proceedings. Papers that are not presented at the conference will not be included in the official proceedings.

Where to Submit: All contributions to ICDSAIA 2026 must be submitted electronically in PDF format via the CMT system. Submissions should be made through the following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICDSAIA2026/Submission/Index
